Automatic Syringe Filler – Our Model IM-SF is a reliable and efficient automatic machine for the filling and capping of plastic syringes. This compact, specialized machine is fully automatic – operator loads syringes and caps into the machine’s vibratory bowls, then the machine performs filling and capping. Typical applications are saline flush syringes, oral dose syringes and dental gels. Maximum speeds up to approximately 50cpm (single tooled) and 100cpm (dual tooled).
